Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional guest services in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding dining experience by efficiently managing orders, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions regarding food and beverages.
- Process payments using the cash register and handle cash transactions with accuracy.
- Assist with bussing tables to maintain cleanliness and readiness for new guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns or needs.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions to enhance sales opportunities.
- Uphold health and safety standards in accordance with restaurant policies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent guest service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment.
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Familiarity with cash registers or point-of-sale systems is an advantage.
- A willingness to learn about menu items, kitchen operations, and sales techniques.

Pay: $19.76 - $22.03 per hour
