Competitive pay based on experience:
$19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Essential Job Functions:

- Works throughout the unit including but not limited to: a) office areas; b) the nurse’s station; and c) throughout the building/surrounding community during scheduled activities.
- Regular communication with staff and residents alike, to champion the program model/therapeutic environment.
- Leads groups tailored to unit residents' needs.
- Will be faced with irritable residents on a regular basis, the assistant program director will relentlessly champion quality improvements in their psychosocial state.
- Tracks behavioral patterns/trends across the program and makes changes as necessary.
- Daily in servicing of pertinent information to relevant staff caring for this highly individualized population.
- Remains current with educational initiatives and licensure requirements. Applies educational knowledge to treatment planning and changes within the therapeutic environment.
Job Types: Full-time
Salary Range- $19.00-$22.00 per hour (based on experience)
