Part Time Daycare Teacher

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Daycare Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. The Daycare Teacher will be responsible for implementing educational activities, managing classroom behavior, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in their care.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that foster learning and growth.
• Provide attentive care to infants and young children, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Engage with children through play-based learning activities that encourage exploration and creativity.
• Monitor children's progress and behavior, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and any concerns that may arise.
• Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive teaching approach.
• Manage classroom dynamics, promoting positive interactions among children.
• Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities to meet their individual requirements.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
• Experience in infant care, babysitting, or working with children in a daycare setting.
