What are the responsibilities and job description for the Banquet Staff position at Hillcrest Country Club?
We are a private country club with an amazing space for weddings, corporate events, private dinners and so much more. We are looking for energetic, friendly faces to help us continue to grow our team of events staff members.
Primary Objective of Banquet Staff: The primary responsibility of a Banquet Server is to deliver food and beverage to guests and members in a professional manner following Hillcrest Country Club's service standards.
Required Knowledge:
- Strong organizational and customer service skills
- Able to work and focus in a fast paced environment
-Must be able to adapt to constant changes
-Able to work well with others
-Able to successfully work both independently and as part of a team
Required Abilities:
- Ability to work unsupervised, must be focused and detailed
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs
-Ability to stand on feet for long periods of times
-Ability to preform physical activities that require considerable use of arms and legs including but not limited to : Climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, pushing
Summary of Duties:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to, serving menu items according to BEO, timing the service of courses, preform pre and post shift side work; set-up, condiments, etc., clear tables after service, plating of meals, and assisting with set up and break down of events

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 30 per week
