Job Summary: The ideal candidate will possess an impressive customer service skillset and an eye for detail. The successful candidate will be comfortable communicating directly with members about their orders and keeping the restaurant clean, neat and organized. A genuine willingness to learn and provide excellent hospitality.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure complete guest satisfaction.
- Respond to members request in a friendly, timely and efficient manner to ensure member satisfaction.
- Take food and drinks orders accurately with the ability to make suggestions and create positive experiences.
- To be self-motivated and take initiative.
- Performing all assigned side work in a professional and timely manner.
