Duties

- Participate in the development and implementation of resident care plans, emphasizing resident rights and dignity.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with facility policies.
- Engage with residents and their families to address concerns and improve overall satisfaction.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify areas for improvement in service delivery and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Background in nursing administration or related field is preferred.
- Experience or knowledge in home health, assisted living, or acute care settings is a plus.
- Strong understanding of resident rights and commitment to advocating for residents’ needs.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise effectively.
- Familiarity with medical records management and documentation practices.
- Knowledge of physiology and its application in patient care is beneficial.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
