Job Overview
The Don In Training position is designed for individuals aspiring to develop their leadership skills within the healthcare environment. Duties

• Assist in overseeing daily operations within the facility, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Support nursing staff in providing exceptional care to residents, focusing on acute care needs and individual health plans.
• Participate in the development and implementation of resident care plans, emphasizing resident rights and dignity.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with facility policies.
• Engage with residents and their families to address concerns and improve overall satisfaction.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify areas for improvement in service delivery and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Background in nursing administration or related field is preferred.
• Experience or knowledge in home health, assisted living, or acute care settings is a plus.
• Strong understanding of resident rights and commitment to advocating for residents’ needs.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise effectively.
• Familiarity with medical records management and documentation practices.
• Knowledge of physiology and its application in patient care is beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with staff, residents, and families.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
