Job Summary: Hillcrest Health & Living is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Insurance Navigation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the workflow of service line navigators in receiving, reviewing, and approving acute referrals to Skilled Nursing Rehab. Your expertise will ensure accurate and timely processing of incoming referrals, conducting medical reviews, and verifying insurance coverage and authorizations. You will also work closely with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
