- Completes evaluations for referred individuals, utilizes appropriate tests and measures establishing a timely plan of care in compliance with departmental standards and federal and state regulations.
- Completes patient treatments efficiently in accordance with plan of care progressing patient as appropriate to achieve established goals.
- Manages each patient’s plan of care effectively by timely interdisciplinary collaboration and communication with physician involvement as needed.
- Supervises, collaborates, and delegates appropriate care to assistants and other support personnel per federal and state regulations.
- Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program required.
- Ability to work autonomously but also part of an interdisciplinary team, good communication skills and a love for working with the geriatric population.
- Experience preferred but will consider a new graduate.
- Must be licensed in the state of Nebraska or compact state as a physical therapist.
- BLS certification by the AHA required.
