Hillcrest Health & Living is seeking a highly skilled Insurance Navigation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for direct workflow support for service line navigators in receiving, reviewing, and approving acute referrals to Skilled Nursing Rehab. Your primary focus will be on ensuring accurate and timely processing of incoming referrals, conducting medical reviews, and verifying insurance coverage and authorizations. You will also work closely with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
