As an Insurance Navigation Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our service line navigators in receiving, reviewing, approving and coordinating acute referrals to Skilled Nursing Rehab.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Receive and review referrals from healthcare providers
- Approve or deny referrals based on established admission and financial criteria
- Coordinate with patients and healthcare providers to obtain necessary information
- Verify insurance coverage and authorizations for all referrals

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
