Hillcrest Health Services is currently seeking an RN Case Manager / Registered Nurse to join our Home Care team in Lincoln, NE.
The RN Case Manager / Registered Nurse provides case management oversight and direct client care services in the client home or alternative setting for home by utilizing the nursing process and clinical knowledge to ensure high quality care.
This is full-time position with benefits is eligible for a $3,000 retention bonus!
Schedule : Daytime hours and flexible schedule!
