- Implements quality nursing and clinical measures to maintain / increase elders' physical / mental wellbeing.
- Responsible for knowing the skin care policy and ensuring preventative measures are used to maintain the skin integrity of all elders.
- Monitors guests for changes in condition and coordinates care with physicians.
- Reviews care plan of each resident, making changes as the resident's condition or plan of care changes and completes an admission care plan in a timely manner.
- Completes prescribed treatments and ensures medication is administered timely, in private, and per facility procedure.What do I need to be considered?
