Hillcrest Healthcare, a skilled nursing facility in Ashland City, TN is seeking a charge nurse. This position is 12 hour shifts. The shift is 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.

Duties Include:
- Directs the daily activities of the certified nursing assistants in accordance with current federal, state and local regulations and established policies and procedures.
- Participates in the admission, discharge and transfers of residents as required.
- Observes for changes in resident status notifying the physician, resident representative and documenting accordingly.
