Responsibilities
Functions as an interdisciplinary team member providing patient assessments/re-assessment, direct patient care, and individualized care planning/implementation. Provide quality occupational therapy services to inpatient and/or outpatient Rehab Department.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- B.S. Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Licensed in the state of Oklahoma as an Occupational Therapist
- BLS with AED certification required
- Five years of experience preferred
