Responsibilities
- Provides quality patient care under physician’s referral, which includes patient evaluations, treatment and the establishment of goals and treatment plans designed to return the patient to their highest functional level.
- Assists in the control and continuing development of the Physical Therapy Department in support of the goals and objectives.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
- Licensed or eligible for license in the state of Oklahoma by the board of medical examiners.
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
