Responsibilities
- Processes all calls incoming/outgoing promptly and courteously
- Effectively operating the switchboard system
- Responsible for calling all codes promptly
- Monitoring the alarm systems
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED equivalent
Preferred Job Requirements:
- At least one (1) year previous experience within a hospital or healthcare facility
