About the Role:
This is a permanent opportunity that requires a minimum of 18 months of experience in Med/Surg Tele. You must have a valid PERMANENT Ohio license or a compact state license in hand. Additionally, you will need to hold current certifications in AHA BLS and ACLS. Every other holiday will be worked as part of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide direct patient care to patients on the Med/Surg Tele unit
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
* Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team
* Educate patients and their families on disease management and treatment options
Requirements:
