Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role involves managing guest check-ins and check-outs, addressing inquiries, and assisting with various guest services to enhance their experience at our establishment. A strong background in hospitality or hotel management is preferred, along with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
  • Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest information.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
  • Maintain an organized front desk area, including managing reservations and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest services.
  • Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support hotel operations.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems is an advantage.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
  • A background in hospitality management is a plus, demonstrating a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.63 - $18.12 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
