We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Person to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the functionality and safety of our facilities through regular maintenance and repairs. Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Conduct inspections and diagnostics
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
- Assist in facility painting projects as required, ensuring high-quality finishes.
Experience
- Proven experience in a maintenance role or similar field is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge
- Familiarity with electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus, showcasing the ability to communicate effectively with staff and clients.
- Experience with facility painting techniques, drywall repair, basic plumbing issues
