What are some things the ADON will do?
Ensure that all team members are adhering to the facilities dedication of promoting the best plan of care for all residents in collaboration with the Director of Nursing.
Direct the nursing department and its programs and activities as instructed.
Ensure that all nursing personnel comply with their respective job descriptions.
Determine the staffing needs and ensure that enough staff are available for all shifts to ensure quality care is maintained.
Must be willing to work with staff on the floor when needed.
Must Attend All Meetings set forth by the Director of Nursing and Administrator.
Professional demeanor with Doctors, Clinics and other professionals.
Clear communication with all department managers.

We prefer that ADON's have the following:
Previous long-Term care experience
Working knowledge in a supervisor capacity; in any career
Strong leadership abilities in a healthcare setting
Requirements:
Have valid Oklahoma RN or LPN License
1-year experience as a licensed RN/LPN, in a community-based care setting (preferred).
Understand and follow State regulations as well as company policies and guidelines.
CPR Certification (preferred).
Must pass criminal background check.
Salary : $15,000
