- Hillcrest Medical Center is a 656-bed hospital that includes The Alexander Burn Center, The Peggy V. Helmerich Women's Health Center, Kaiser Rehabilitation Center, the latest technology for the treatment of cancer, and the Oklahoma Heart Institute.
Responsibilities
The Facility Risk Manager is responsible for the execution of the Ardent Risk Management Program across their facility / facilities. This position develops and supports facility level risk management activities and programs. This position will manage the Risk Management needs across the facility, including risk management policy and procedure implementation, risk identification and mitigation, provide risk management related education, support, and event investigations. This position will also support patient safety and quality activities as needed.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- 5 years' experience in Patient Safety, Risk in an acute hospital environment
Preferred Job Requirements:
- Healthcare specific Risk Management experience preferred
- BS/BA is preferred in related field or relevant experience is desired.
- BSN is preferred
