I am excited to announce that I am hiring a part-time assistant for 16 hours a week. The role will involve:
- Front Desk: Answering phones and greeting visitors.
- Scheduling: Assisting with scheduling appointments for the Property Manager, and occasionally coordinating with vendors.
- Database Management: Maintaining filing systems and contact databases.
Additionally, we are looking for a bilingual candidate who speaks Polish and Ukranian.
