The Multimedia Designer & Production Specialist is a critical member of the creative team, helping to raise the company and its clients’ awareness and engage target audiences. Essential Duties and Respo

n

sibiities
• Produce and coordinate videos, photoshoots, digital graphics, and other multimedia content that is fresh, compelling, and inspires our core audiences to e

n

gage nd act

• Designed various graphics and helped source photos for digital and print projects, including but not limited to video projects, infographics, email, website slide presentations, digital ad

graphis, etc.

• Serve as an in-house videographer, operating video and photography cameras, teleprompter, lighting, and sound equipment for recording presentations, events, and other mu

l

timediaprojects

• Prepare and present cohesive, multi-dimensional creative concepts to support internal and external campaigns an

d

priorit projects

• Participate in planning, messaging development, and creative sessions to elevate content and

c

ampaign dvelopment.

• Oversee the project flow of all design/media production projects, including serving as creative liaison with the in-house team, creative agencies, vendors, and freelancers and as production coordinator for video and photography projects involvi

n

g outside ontractors.

• Oversee the proofing process by delivering proofs internally and digitally, obtaining approvals, and shepherding changes quickly through in-house production and outside vendors, ensuring design consistenc

y

• Consistently deliver projects by deadline while managing work through a creativ

project mangement system

• Manage all current project files and archives for media production/design projects, including all design files, artwork, editorial/design proofs, phot

s, videos, auio files, etc.

• Oversee use and maintenance of multimedia equipment and media studio. Research and recommend equipment and software updates b

• Stay abreast of digital design trends, learn and develop new design skills, and grow continually by attending

design conferenes and training.

Essential Sills and Experience
• Minimum 7 years of experience in graphic design and multimedia design with a strong portfolio exhibiting exceptional design aesthetic, mastery of typography, and overall creativity (including videography, photography, animation, illustration, interac

ive creative elemens, and print design)

• Expert proficiency with Adobe production design tools, including Pre

iere, After Effects, udition, and Photoshop

• Ability to create graphics and short videos for marketing campaigns and training, including social media platforms (e.g.,

• Knowledge of HTML, CS
