Job Summary
Hilldrup has an immediate need for an individual whose primary responsibility is to ensure all services under their control during assigned projects and/or relocations are executed consistent with written agreed upon purchase order and/or signed move agreement. The incumbent will be assigned to a Key Account and have daily contact with customers, project managers, contract administrators, National account personnel and others.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Duties/Responsibilities:
Required Education: Two-year/four-year degree in business preferred or equivalent business experience.
Required Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in Project Management or related experience.
License/Certification: Driver’s license. Complete TRS (Technology Relocation Specialists) training and certification.

Work is performed in a typical, comfortable interior work environment which does not subject the employee to any unpleasant elements; individual has discretion in relation to walking, standing etc., and has minimal exposure to physical risks.

Supervisory Responsibilities
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Must be able to walk, lift, and carry for up to 6-10 hours daily.
- Assess end-user needs and expectations.
- Constant contact with assigned salesperson when managing a project, notifying them or a supervisor of occurrences and potential problems that may occur while managing an assigned project.
- Works with Dispatch to coordinate personnel, vehicle, and equipment requirements for projects.
- Develop detailed move plans, including all required resources.
- Provide accurate and detailed project quotes to GW project managers.
- Ensures that levels of service, quality of work, and completion dates are met.
- Facilitates Hilldrup Team and GW PM meetings effectively.
- Communicate approved move plans and service dates to Hilldrup customer service.
- Engage GW PM’s and other resources to carry out the move plan.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for GW project managers and end users.
- Conduct pre-project inspections to confirm readiness for move services to begin.
- Coordinate Hilldrup and GW resources to ensure efficiency and high-quality service.
- During active move services provide onsite management and maintain communication with GW PMs, Hilldrup operations and Customer service to address challenges proactively and escalate if necessary.
- Ensures that levels of service, quality of work, and completion dates are met.
- At the conclusion of each project work confirm completed services with the end user and assure their satisfaction.
- Track project costs to ensure budget compliance.
- Collaborate with customer service for timely and accurate invoicing.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
