Reports to : Director of Facilities
Job Overview : Hillel Yeshiva is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to perform preventative maintenance, repairs, painting and other duties as needed.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct regular inspections of mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment to identify any faults or malfunctions.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks and clean equipment to maintain optimal working conditions.
- Diagnose mechanical issues using various troubleshooting techniques, including visual inspections, testing equipment, and computerized diagnostic tools.
- Perform routine maintenance including painting
- Perform other duties as needed
- Replace filters on HVAC units which are located on the roof
- Replace electrical ballasts in light fixtures; Familiarity with 208 electric
Requirements :
