This is a temporary part-time role with adjustable hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, and on the weekends. Fewer than 20 hours per week. No longer than 2 months.

Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
- Sort and categorize documents for easy retrieval
- Ensure all files are labeled correctly and stored in the appropriate location
- Assist with file audits to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Retrieve files as requested by staff or clients
- Scan and upload documents into the digital filing system
- Assist with data entry tasks as needed
- Provide general administrative support to the team
Requirements:
- Proficient in computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience in a file clerk or similar role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Skills:
- Familiarity with computerized filing systems
- Experience in file management and organization
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in project coordination is a plus
- Clerical skills such as transcribing, data entry, and calendar management are desirable
- Ability to provide excellent customer support both in person and over the phone
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
