We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Team Leader to support good customer relations by ensuring exceptional HVAC services are provided as scheduled, at competitive prices, and all applicable codes and regulations are adhered to.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising service personnel, completing weekly truck inspections, and managing inventory levels.
Key Responsibilities

- Schedule and manage work assignments for service personnel
- Ensure each team member completes job performance standards
- Supervise service personnel, including performance evaluations and training needs
- Complete weekly truck inspections and audits of paperwork and service call checklists
