Hilliard Office Solutions has an exciting opportunity working in the Abilene Texas area for the right person to join our service team as an experienced Field Service Technician.

Signing bonus of $7,500 with a Konica Minolta Master Certification, A3 and A4 & Production Print Certification.

Hilliard Office Solutions will also pay up to $5000 for relocation.

Duties:

· Provides copier repair service to existing accounts by analyzing work orders; planning daily travel schedule; investigating complaints; conducting tests; resolving problems.

· Performs repair services on office equipment by analyzing system problems; troubleshooting, ordering and gathering components and parts; completing installation; performing tests.

· Maintains rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques; recommending system improvements.

· Documents service and installation actions by entering data and, completing reports.

· Works together in a teamwork environment with dispatchers, service manager, and other customer service staff.

Skills/Qualifications:

• · Must be adept at using computers and able to perform basic print and scan connectivity installations.
• · Must have electronic and mechanical troubleshooting ability.

Experience:

• Copier Technician: 3 years preferred

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Within Abilene Texas area: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• Within a specified assigned territory
• Assistance with Lubbock, Midland and Dallas locations on an as needed basis
