Description
The CAD Drafter position, under general supervision, is responsible for carrying out drafting assignments of a routine to moderately complex nature. In addition, produce complete drawings, review engineering drawings, and support documentation.
Performance expectations
- Ensure all engineering documents are kept updated and record correct revision
- Design any data sheets that need to be implemented for documentation
- Prepare and log engineering drawings
- Keep all Master files up to date
- Support program Managers and Program Engineers with the process documentation when necessary
- Create fully detailed engineering drawings that contain all necessary information required specifications

- Organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn specialized
System tools.
- Ability to comprehend survey and construction drawings.
Qualifications
Education/Certifications
- AutoCAD certificate or technical degree required or equivalent professional experience
- Ability to read schematics, assembly drawings.
- Possess expert knowledge of AutoCAD, Visio, Microsoft Excel, and Word
