Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries and needs.
• Manage phone calls and emails, providing timely and accurate information.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate service requests efficiently.
• Process payments and handle transactions with precision.
• Maintain a clean and organized front office environment.
• Collaborate with technicians and other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy.
• Stay updated on automotive services and promotions to inform customers effectively.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in customer service is a plus.
• Prefer experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in using computers and basic software applications.

• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
