Key Responsibilities
The Laboratory Analyst will:
- Follow proper QA/QC procedures for all types of analysis.
- Conduct tests and analyze samples in a laboratory setting.
- Analyze and record data related to test method results.
- Maintain accreditation with Federal and State agencies.
- Clean and calibrate equipment.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or a science-related field.
- 1-2 years' experience with PCM & PLM sample prep and analysis.
- 1-2 years' experience using a TEM microscope for asbestos analysis.
- Fungal Spore Analysis and Combustion By-Product analysis experience is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Mastery of the English language – written and spoken.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
