Pay and Benefits :
Average Pay : $23.04 - $25.08 per hour (blended between regular and premium pay rates).
BASE Wage Range : $19.75 - $21.50 per hour, based on experience.
Weekend Premium : Earn 1.5 times your base wage for weekend hours worked.
Work-Life Balance : Enjoy 203 days off per year with a 3-day work week or 152 days off with a 4-day work week!

What You'll Do :
Support Daily Living : Assist individuals in gaining independence with self-care, hygiene, and daily activities.
Behavior Management : Reduce unwanted behaviors by teaching positive alternatives.
Health & Safety : Help maintain hygiene, provide first aid, and administer medications (if certified).
Engagement & Activities : Plan and participate in community outings and engaging activities.
Housekeeping & Financial Records : Maintain a safe, clean living environment and help clients with financial recordkeeping.
Professionalism & Confidentiality : Follow HIPAA standards, maintain appropriate professional boundaries, and adhere to organizational policies.

Physical ability to lift 35 lbs.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and insurance.
