Hills & Dales is a non-profit organization dedicated to building meaningful lives for individuals with disabilities. We are seeking passionate Direct Support Professionals to support children and adults with intellectual and physical disabilities.

- Week 1: Sat, Sun 8AM-4PM
- Week 2: Wed 8AM-4PM, Fri 4PM-12AM
- Open schedule #2:
- Week 1: Tue, Fri 7AM-9AM, Sat, Sun 4PM-12AM
- Week 2: Tue, Wed, Thur, Fri 7AM-9AM
- Open schedule #3:
- Week 1: NONE
- Week 2: Wed 2:30PM-8:30PM, Sat Sun 8AM-4PM
- Open schedule #4:
- Week 1: Sat, Sun 7AM-3PM
- Week 2: Tue 3PM-9PM, Wed 11AM-7PM
What We Offer:
- Competitive Wage: Starting at $17.75/hour
- Shift and Weekend Differential Offered: $3.00/hour on Saturdays and Sundays, $2/hour for 2nd shift, and $0.50 for 3rd shift.
- Additional Pay for Experience and Education:
- Extra pay for 1 or more years of HCBS work experience.
- Additional compensation for related college degrees (AA, BS/BA) or certifications (CMA/CNA)
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to adults with intellectual and physical disabilities.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, hygiene, and meal preparation.
- Encourage and support clients in community integration activities.
- Document client progress and coordinate with team members to ensure effective support.
- Ensure a safe and healthy environment for clients.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to qualify as an approved driver.
