Pay & Perks You'll Love
Blended Hourly Pay: $23.04 - $25.08/hr (with premiums!)
Base Wage: $19.75 - $21.50/hr depending on experience
Weekend Premium Pay: 1.5x your base wage - that's extra for working nights you already love!
Short Work Week = More YOU Time
3-day work week? That's 203 days off/year!
Prefer 4-day shifts? Still enjoy 152 days off/year!

Night Owl Schedule Options
Sun, Mon, Tues, Wed (8PM - 8AM) - Base: $19.75/hr
Thurs, Fri, Sat (8PM-8AM or 9PM-9AM) - Base: $20.25/hr

What You'll Do:
Support Daily Living: Assist individuals in gaining independence with self-care, hygiene, and daily activities.
Behavior Management: Reduce unwanted behaviors by teaching positive alternatives.
Health & Safety: Help maintain hygiene, provide first aid, and administer medications (if certified).
Engagement & Activities: Plan and participate in community outings and engaging activities.
Housekeeping & Financial Records: Maintain a safe, clean living environment and help clients with financial recordkeeping.
Professionalism & Confidentiality: Follow HIPAA standards, maintain appropriate professional boundaries, and adhere to organizational policies.
What We're Looking For:

Strong communication skills and the ability to advocate for clients.
Reliability and a commitment to punctuality.
Physical ability to lift 35 lbs.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and insurance.
Successful completion of background checks, including criminal, drug, and driving record checks.
