Helping Hands Homecare is seeking a qualified and dedicated individual for the position of Field Supervisor. The Field Supervisor is responsible for maintaining and auditing client files. Responsibilities
- This position monitors the activity of Care to ensure that services are being provided to clients in accordance with individualized service plans and state regulations
- Complete required in-home Compliance visits The Field Sup must travel to multiple clients' homes nearly every day/week
- Field Sup will then provide training to their branch's caregivers as needed
- The field sup will be responsible for leading the new hire Caregiver Orientation and training
- Completing new client Opening paperwork Meet with new clients for orientation
- Identify their needs via services
- Identify preferred visit cadence (days of week, times of day) Field-based role
- Local travel is up to 50-60%
- POSITION SUMMARY: The field Supervisor is responsible for the effective supervision of Care Partners
- This position monitors the activity of Care Partners to ensure that services are being provided to clients in accordance with individualized service plans and state regulations
- Complete required quality in-home Compliance visits This necessitates the Field Sup to travel to multiple clients' home
Candidate must have two years college or a high school diploma or general equivalency diploma and two years of supervisory experience in a home care setting, current Driver’s License and automobile liability insurance.
PREFERRED: Previous experience with PHC programs and/or management experience
REQUIRED: Skills include a general knowledge of office equipment such as a computer, copier, telephone, etc., ability to provide excellent customer service, have great communication and organizational skills, and admirable leadership qualities.
