Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Car Sales Executive to join our team. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. If you have a passion for cars and enjoy building relationships with customers, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Duties:
- Conduct outside sales activities to attract potential customers
- Manage the sales process from start to finish, including vehicle selection, test drives, and negotiations
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure inventory control and availability
- Utilize retail sales techniques to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers
- Proactively follow up with potential customers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels
- Cold call potential customers to generate leads and schedule appointments
- Utilize retail math skills to calculate pricing, discounts, and financing options
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly sales targets
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new vehicle models, and competitive offerings
- Represent the dealership at public speaking events and community functions

Requirements:
- Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of inventory control processes within a dealership setting
- Proficient in using CRM software to manage customer interactions and sales activities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
