What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Painter position at Hillsboro Industries?
Responsibilities and Duties (include, but not limited to):
- Exhibit a safety awareness attitude and remain alert to potential hazards
- Washing of metal assemblies and components within a washbay environment
- Preparation and Paint of production assemblies within takt times
- Production support in other areas as needed
- Must recognize properly and improperly cleaned and prepared surfaces
- Must be able to do overhead work
- Must be able to wear a respirator mask for up to 6 hours per day depending on work load
- Ability to recognize and solve practical problems or issues
- Ability to communicate and work with others in a team environment
- Demonstrate ability to adjust and learn from mistakes, strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn and participate in a changing environment to reach a common goal
