Position Start Date: March 3, 2025
Previous high school coaching experience recommended. The coach will assist the varsity coach in all aspects of the program and will be responsible for a sub-varsity team.

A commitment to high ethical and professional standards A demonstrated ability to lead young student-athletes toward academic and athletic excellence A strong ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders Skilled in organization, time management and a commitment to the vision of the Sherwood Athletic Program A great understanding of the training, skill development and coaching techniques involved in high school baseball The ability to generate excitement and enthusiasm for the sport of baseball throughout the community A commitment to the importance of academic excellence and achievement for all student-athletes in the program
