GENERAL DUTIES:
Provide support to the Human Resources Administrators to meet the operational needs of each employee group. Operational needs include but are not limited to: coordinate and participate in the bargaining, staffing and allocation, employee investigation and disciplinary processes. Per Oregon Statue, this position is defined as Confidential.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Proficient oral and written communication skills in English
- Proficient in the use of computer and Internet based applications, including but not limited to email and systems applications
- Knowledge of and experience with Human Resources laws, policies, and regulations
- Minimum of 3 years of K-12 Education or in a Public Sector Environment
- Minimum of 2 years office administrative experience
- Managing multiple tasks or customer inquiries at the same time, adapting to varying situations
- Strong problem-solving skills with a detail lens for process design and management
- Experience with supporting executive or director level administrators preferred
