Compensation Range : 21.28 - $33.39

Position Summary :

Responsible for ensuring College facilities on assigned campus are prepared for facilities usage. Supervises personnel to include performance evaluations, hiring and discipline. Schedules and assigns daily workloads and plans short-term and long-term projects.

Job Duties :

  • Coordinates and schedules all facilities use at the campus and acts as the point person for all facilities use events.
  • Responsible for scheduling / approvals in 25 Live (college room reservation system).
  • Supervises activities of personnel involved in the set-up and preparation of college facilities and properties when used for events.
  • Performs evaluations, making recommendations for hire and discipline for assigned service worker / facilities.
  • Inspects facilities to ensure quality services are being provided.
  • Responsible for campus cleanup including parking lots.
  • Responsible for campus readiness after hurricanes.
  • Point of contact for all issues concerning campus facilities use.
  • Responsible for small office moves involving furniture.
  • Performs other similar and related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications :

Associate's degree or Two-Year College equivalent (at least 60 undergraduate semester hours) and at least three years of prior-related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications :

The ability to operate a computer proficiently. Strong ability to observe and assess situations quickly. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with students, staff, and parents. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. Physical ability to survey large areas of the campus; to lift at least 50 pounds; and climb stairs and / or ladders.
