Position Summary:
This position assists with the maintenance and implementation of online knowledgebases and software systems that support college-wide enrollment and outreach efforts. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Admissions and Recruitment, the Program Analyst will also assist students with admissions and onboarding via multiple communication channels including the college’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, AI chatbot, email, phone and video conference.
Job Duties:
- Assists with the design and management of Al chatbot enrollment and retention campaigns and provides direct student assistance via the chatbot. Makes student referrals to appropriate student services areas (i.e. Advising, Counseling, Financial Aid, Disability Services) and ensures students receive timely and accurate responses.
- Advises prospective students on general admissions, onboarding (i.e. account creation, residency transcripts, orientation, FAFSA submission, placement testing), and enrollment information via multiple communication channels, including our SMS chatbot, email, phone, and virtual appointments.
- Assists the Assistant Director and admissions processing team with the review of admissions applications and converting prospective students into admitted and enrolled students utilizing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (Salesforce).
- Assists with the maintenance of the knowledgebase for our Al Chatbot system.
- Supports the Assistant Director of Admissions and Recruitment and the recruitment team in facilitating on-campus and off-campus recruiting events.
- Performs data entry relevant to admissions, records, and registration.
- Maintains up-to-date understanding of articulation policies, procedures, and State regulations.
- Compiles data and assists with preparing reports on the outcomes of enrollment initiatives.
- Attends and provides seminars and workshops in topics related to Student Services.
- Other similar duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
The position requires at least a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of prior-related work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced Microsoft Office suite experience, customer service experience, customer relationship management (CRM) System experience, academic advising or admissions counseling experience or experience with modern web-based student information and communication technologies.
