Compensation Range:
$17.51 - $26.69
Position Summary:
Hiring Salary Range: $17.51 to $19.26 hourly depending on qualifications.
Provides specialized clerical support to assigned department to enable effective office operations.
Job Duties:
- Process requests for out-going transcripts (high school and college transcripts)
- Research and resolve complex student problems.
- Assist in filing and coding first time applications and high school transcripts.
- Data entry, calculate and compute corrections to records and reports, maintain and handle confidential student records.
- Distribute, collect, check, and enter grade rolls.
- Process enrollment verification.
- Assist with registration.
- Process incoming mail, answer telephone inquiries and redirect calls when necessary.
- Performs other similar and related duties as assigned.
- Operate the rotary microfilm camera.
Required Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED and one-year of prior-related work experience.
