Experience processing and monitoring fiscal transactions related to customer billing, payments, and accounts. Experience with analyzing and reconciling revenue. The aptitude to use software to quickly and accurately enter data. Intermediate to advanced work in Excel required to assist in monthly analytics.

Tier 1
Duties and Responsibilities

- Determines priorities, schedules and assigns work as required.
- Implements management decisions through the work of subordinate employees.
- Solves problems within the team related to work assignments.
- Provides hands-on advice and assistance on work processes, best practices and subject matter expertise to subordinates.
- Assists in the review and development of routine procedures to insure timely and accurate accomplishment of established operational goals.
- Supervises and trains assigned staff, evaluates performance and initiates corrective action as needed.
- Assesses staffing needs and assists in the recruitment of staff.
- Maintains required documentation and completes reports.
- Attends meetings as required.
- Participates in performing the actual work of the unit and substitutes for subordinates as needed. Performs other related duties as required.

Physical Requirements

Minimum Qualifications Required
- Graduation from high school or possession of a GED Certificate; AND
- 4 years of experience directly related to the position duties;
OR
An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that would reasonably be expected to provide the job-related competencies noted above.Emergency Management Responsibilities
