Closer

 Florida Agency Network (FAN) is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Title Closer to join our team.  The ideal candidate will have a strong background in title insurance, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.  The Title Closer will be responsible for preparing closing documents, coordinating with all parties involved in the closing process and ensuring that closings are completed accurately, on time and with professionalism.

Qualified candidates will:

• Process and close real estate transactions
• Prepare and review settlement statements and closing documents with accuracy and completeness
• Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders and agents to schedule and facilitate closings
• Conduct thorough reviews of the title commitment to identify any issues that may affect the transaction
• Resolve title issues and discrepancies in a timely manner and with clear communication
• Ensure all title and closing requirements are met prior to closing
• Disburse all funds in accordance with closing instructions
• Maintain accurate records of all closing transactions
• Order, review and disclose matters on surveys, sales contracts, estoppels, searches, etc
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the process
• Stay current with industry regulations, best practices and credit hours
• Be an amazing Team Player

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in title insurance processing and closing
• Comprehensive understanding of Florida title insurance, escrow and closing procedures
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Softpro is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations
• Notary Public Certification – Florida
• Title License Preferred
