Qualifications
- Clinical licensure/certification as RMA/LPN/RN required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Healthcare Administration, or other related field preferred as supplement to clinical education
- Three years of prior relevant experience at the professional level in an outpatient clinic setting required
- Experience managing/supervising employee schedules preferred
- EPIC EMR experience preferred
- Experience with ACO (Accountable Care Organization) collaboration and management preferred
- Experience with PO (Physician Organization) collaboration and management preferred
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to set goals, develop plans to achieve goals, and inspire others to accomplish goals
Responsibilities
- Manages the day-to-day clinical operations and budgets of Hillsdale Hospital Outpatient Clinics
- Plans for and implements initiatives to ensure adequate staffing in the outpatient clinics.
- Manages Accountable Care Organization (ACO) and Physician Organization (PO) staff/support and collaborates with Director of Outpatient Clinics on programming opportunities
- Front line champion of managing up new initiatives and gaining buy in from staff/stakeholders
- Plans, organizes, and conducts monthly coordinator meetings to review clinic performance and related outcomes. Cofacilitates clinic leadership meetings with Operations Manager of Outpatient Clinics.
- Proactively handles corrective action of outpatient clinic coordinators and support staff
- Supports the growth of the outpatient clinics by improving patient scheduling barriers through collaboration with Director of Outpatient Clinics and providers
- Serves as a liaison for patient relations and service recovery. Facilitates resolution of patient and/or staff concerns.
