Work Schedule and Shift Premiums
- 6:45 pm to 7:15 am 3 days per week including every other weekend; holidays on a rotation
- 2nd shift premium is $2.00/hour, 3rd shift premium is $3.05/hour, and weekend premium is an additional $2.00/hour
- Plus, SB 690 pay for skilled nursing is an additional $3.40/hour

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent plus a Practical Nursing diploma from an accredited school
- Valid Michigan LPN license or able to get an MI endorsement
- BLS, ACLS, PALS and CPI certification (available through Hillsdale Hospital)
Responsibilities
- Evaluates patients' and residents' health and implements plan of care in collaboration with the patient, family, and members of the care team
- Administers treatment, medications and IV solutions according to physician’s orders
- Observes and evaluates symptoms and reactions to treatment; initiates corrective action if needed
- Documents and maintains records and reports regarding nursing care provided
