Responsibilities
The Homecare Professional will be responsible for:
- Accurately reporting unusual symptoms and problems of residents to the supervisor.
- Performing home management tasks such as housekeeping, shopping, laundry, and sorting mail.
- Documenting daily records.
- Encouraging and assisting clients in self-care activities.
- Assisting and escorting clients to medical and social appointments, stores, or running errands for the client.
- May sort mail for residents.
- Answers telephones and assists visitors.
