Job Title: Med Tech
Responsible for providing nursing care to residents while adhering to our Philosophy for Person-Directed Care. Ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in daily life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop assignments with care partners and ensure accountability for resident care and satisfaction.
- Provide resident care, including medication administration and documentation.
- Maintain communication with doctors, laboratory, pharmacy, and families regarding resident care.
- Prepare shift reports and promote/respect resident rights.
Requirements:
- Med Tech certification (current) is an asset.
- Prior experience in senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute care settings.
