CHD Ventures LLC, operating as Hillside Detox Center, is a nationally accredited alcohol and drug rehabilitation facility located near Boston, Massachusetts. Our mission is to assist clients in achieving a recovery-based lifestyle through a holistic and trauma-informed approach to addiction treatment. 

Summary 

We are seeking a dedicated counselor to join our team at Hillside Detox Center. In this role, you will provide essential support and guidance to clients navigating their recovery journey. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering high-quality, individualized treatment services. 

Responsibilities 

● Conduct individual and group counseling sessions for clients dealing with addiction. 

● Develop personalized treatment plans based on client assessments and needs.

● Utilize evidence-based practices to facilitate recovery and coping strategies. 

● Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. 

● Collaborate with medical staff and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care. 

● Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes.

Requirements 

● Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field preferred. 

● Valid state license as a counselor or therapist is Highly desirable.

● Experience in addiction counseling or behavioral health settings is highly desirable. 

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.

● Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Job Type: Full-time 

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
