Responsibilities:
- Resident and Facility Cleaning: Keep resident rooms, common areas, and shared spaces clean, organized, and comfortable.
- Floor Care: Perform routine sweeping, mopping, and carpet maintenance to maintain spotless and safe flooring.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with staff members to create a positive and supportive living environment for residents.
- Safety Monitoring: Identify and address potential hazards promptly to help maintain a secure space for residents and staff.
- Maintenance Alerts: Report any facility maintenance needs in a timely manner to keep everything in top condition.
- Hygiene Standards: Follow established cleaning procedures to uphold the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation.
Qualifications:
- Previous housekeeping experience is a plus but not required.
- Keen eye for detail and a dedication to maintaining a clean environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Physically capable of lifting moderate to heavy loads and staying on your feet for extended periods.
